ADHD & Art Therapy Group
November 14, 2026 - December 19, 2026
Dance Your Feelings is an expressive arts mental wellness group that combines psychotherapy, dance, music, and creativity to help children build confidence, emotional awareness, healthy coping skills, and meaningful connections with others.
Led by a Registered Psychotherapist and a Dance Instructor, participants will explore how emotions are experienced in both the mind and body while collaboratively creating a series of dances that tell a story of resilience, hope, and connection. Through movement, discussion, games, and creative activities, children will learn practical strategies for managing big feelings, expressing themselves in healthy ways, supporting others, and celebrating their unique strengths.
The program concludes with a special showcase for families, where participants share the story they've created together. No previous dance experience is required—just a willingness to move, create, and have fun!
Dance For Your Healing Group
Beginning January 2027
Our 6-week ADHD & Expressive Arts Group is designed to help children better understand themselves, build confidence, and develop practical tools for managing everyday challenges, all through creativity and connection.
Facilitated by Maria Sergio (Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), trained in art therapy), this group combines expressive art experiences with evidence-based therapeutic strategies in a fun, supportive, and neurodiversity-affirming environment. Participants will explore emotions, learn about ADHD and their unique strengths, develop healthy coping and self-regulation skills, strengthen communication and self-advocacy, and build meaningful connections with peers who share similar experiences.
No artistic experience is necessary. The focus is on self-expression, creativity, and personal growth, not artistic ability. This group provides a safe, encouraging space where children can discover their strengths, express themselves creatively, and recognize that their ADHD is just one part of what makes them unique.
Priced at $375 per participant. All art materials included in group registration.
